Head to Head Elden Ring is a community-made bingo card with 40 objectives tagged Elden Ring, Head To Head, Challenge Mode — enough to fill boards up to 6×6. Every match reshuffles which objectives land on the grid, and in lockout play the first player to claim a square takes it out of play for everyone else, so the same card produces a different race each time. It has been used in 10 games so far.
